Gmail private beta · live Multiple mailboxes, one queue Human approves every send Attachments stay with provider Encrypted, revocable OAuth
From message to outcome

Five steps. One approval.

A predictable operating flow across every mailbox — with a human decision at the end, every time.

  1. 01

    Connect

Add Gmail or Google Workspace mailboxes with least-privilege OAuth.

  2. 02

    Triage

Threads sort into Now, Drafts Ready, Waiting, FYI, and Noise.

  3. 03

    Draft

AI prepares up to five grounded drafts in a bounded batch.

  4. 04

    CRM

Turn a message into a contact, thread, pipeline, or follow-up.

  5. 05

    Approve

You review and send from Gmail. emlOPS never sends for you.

Every account, one signal

Every mailbox.
One clear line.

Every thread across every connected mailbox flows into a single operational queue. Each mailbox has an explicit show/hide checkbox — hide the noise without losing sync, and keep the signal where you can act on it.

  • Personal Gmail + Google Workspace
  • Per-mailbox show/hide toggle
  • Lanes: Now, Drafts Ready, Waiting, FYI, Noise
  • Projects, routing & learned sender rules
Streams of email from many accounts converging into one operational queue
The workspace

Everything the operator needs. Nothing that sends without you.

A dense operating surface for reading, drafting, and organizing across every connected mailbox — with verified sender identities, safe image proxying, and provider-hosted attachments.

Tour the product
Show/hide any mailbox

Every connected mailbox has an explicit checkbox — pull it out of One Inbox without stopping sync, so nothing is lost when you focus.

Operational lanes

Now, Drafts Ready, Waiting, FYI, and Noise — plus projects, routing, and learned sender rules that sharpen with use.

Bounded draft batches

AI prepares up to five drafts at a time — grounded, cited, and stored durably for review. Never sent, ever.

Verified From & signatures

Verified sender identities with per-identity email signatures on every prepared draft.

Safe reading

Remote images are proxied safely and attachments open on demand. Attachment bytes stay with the provider — emlOPS stores metadata.

Docs & Sheets, from the thread

Spin up Google Docs and Google Sheets straight from the workspace to capture notes, schedules, and shared context.

Email-to-CRM

Turn a message into a client record.

Promote any thread into a CRM contact with the source email preserved. Manage pipeline, activity, and follow-ups without leaving the operating surface — with tenant-isolated social and webhook lead capture in the private beta.

  • Contact created from a message with source thread linked
  • Pipeline, activity, and follow-ups per contact
  • Tenant-isolated social & webhook lead capture
  • Scoped integration tokens, API, and MCP-compatible agent tools

Grounded drafts, bounded batches

Up to five drafts. Every one reviewable.

emlOPS prepares drafts in bounded batches of up to five, grounded in the thread and cited to source lines. Drafts are stored durably so you can compare, edit, or discard before you send.

  • Bounded batches of up to five drafts
  • Grounded on thread, sender history, and attached context
  • Durably stored — nothing is lost between sessions
  • Human review required before send, always

Verified From & signatures

The right identity on every draft.

Configure verified sender identities and per-identity signatures. Every prepared draft is built for the correct From — and rendered with the signature that matches it — before you approve.

  • Verified sender identities per workspace
  • Per-identity email signatures on every draft
  • Correct From selected automatically from the thread

Safe reading

Rich email, without the risk.

Remote images are proxied through a safe pipeline. Attachments open on demand — the bytes stay with your email provider, and emlOPS stores metadata rather than mailbox file bytes.

  • Remote images safely proxied
  • On-demand attachment access & preview
  • Attachment bytes stay with the provider
  • Metadata-only storage for mailbox files

Least-privilege OAuth

Narrow access to your mail.

emlOPS connects via Google OAuth with the narrowest scopes needed to read, organize, draft, and archive on your behalf. Tokens are encrypted at rest and revocable at any time. Paid workspace access is enforced server-side — Google sign-in alone doesn't unlock the product.

  • Google OAuth with narrow scopes
  • Read, organize, draft, archive — no send
  • Encrypted at rest; revocable at any time
  • Server-side entitlement enforcement

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does emlOPS do today?

emlOPS merges connected Gmail and Google Workspace mailboxes into one operational queue, sorts threads into Now / Drafts Ready / Waiting / FYI / Noise, and prepares grounded drafts you review and send from Gmail. Gmail is the current private beta.

Does emlOPS ever send email for me?

No. emlOPS never calls a provider send endpoint. Drafts are prepared for review; humans decide and send from Gmail.

Can I hide a mailbox from One Inbox?

Yes. Each connected mailbox has an explicit show/hide checkbox. Sync continues in the background either way.

Which AI providers are supported?

Managed emlOPS AI runs on our infrastructure. On the BYO plan, you can connect a transient key from OpenAI, xAI, or DeepSeek for a session.

What about Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud, or IMAP?

Not today. Gmail (personal and Google Workspace) is the current production private beta. We won't claim other providers before they're truly live.

What's rolling out next?

Google Calendar availability, Google Meet link handling, and Google Picker–powered attachment workflows are rolling out. They aren't yet generally available.

How much does the private beta cost?

Two monthly plans: BYO AI at $29/month with 5,000 BYO operations, or Managed emlOPS AI at $49/month with 500 managed operating units and 3,000 background-classified messages. Cancel anytime.
